Terms of sale

By placing an order you are purchasing a item on subject to the following terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and we aim to dispatch the item within one working day subject to delays resulting from the Royal Mail which we are not held responsible for.

Lianasboutique.co.uk retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email . When placing an order you undertake that all details provided to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Postage

We aim to dispatch all our items within one working day.
We send all our items via Royal Mail recorded delivery.

Please make sure your address is correct as we are not responsible if the address provided is incorrect and the parcel does not reach you.

Please note that once the item is signed for we are not responsible if this has not reached you or if you have left specific instructions for the carrier.

We are not responsible for any items if they get lost or stolen.

Faulty Items

Any item that appears to be faulty must be returned to us within 3 days of receiving the item.
Please either email us Or contact us via our website with photographic evidence.

The cost of the postage is the customers responsibility and we would recommend sending the item tracked to avoid missing items. We are not responsible for any lost items.

Returns

If your item is faulty or unsuitable we will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or a refund providing the item meets the following criteria:

The item is returned in its original packaging with all the tags and labels attached.
There must not be any deodorant, fake tan marks, make up stains or any signs of wear or damage

The postage costs for returned items are at the customers responsibility and we would recommend sending the item tracked for proof of postage. We are not held responsible for any missing packages returned to us.
